Aakash Singhal

President

Aakash is a Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in leading complex transformations in disruptive markets. Aakash is able to broker trusted relationships quickly, coupled with a strong executive presence to influence across organizations on how to build world-class product experiences. Having the opportunity to work across many industries like Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services, Aakash has led the innovation and experimentation of many new and modern practices. Aakash is always focused on taking a data-driven approach, learning from what has worked and what has failed before. Aakash invests in experimenting with leading technologies to drive innovation. He works closely with the local Colorado startup community with the goal of making Colorado the next startup hub in the world, bring forward leading practices between Enterprise Organizations to Hyperscale Startups.

Nicole Wilker

Treasurer

Nicole Wilker is a Principal Agile Practitioner at Red Hat. Her mission as an Agile Leader is removing roadblocks to provide you the best possible path into your agile journey and trying to make the world a better place one agile principle at a time. She garners a tremendous amount of joy sharing knowledge with others, and is looking to expand her speaking presence within the community.

Nicole is a reformed software engineer trying to make the world a better place one agile principle at a time.

Her mission revolves around removing roadblocks to provide you the best possible path on your agile journey. She has been running, coaching and mentoring agile teams as well as supporting teammates in Scrum, Agile and Lean. She thrives in the servant leader role and garners tremendous joy when helping other see their path, have their aha moment or succeed in whatever they are aiming for.

When she is not doing all she can for those around her, she can be found in the mountains of Colorado, snuggling with her rescue pup, taking walks with her amazing husband or cooking up a storm

Teddy Carroll

Secretary

Teddy Carroll is a seasoned leader, coach, and educator with over two decades of experience guiding teams across diverse industries, from consumer goods to healthcare. As the founder of Kaizentum, he champions making work more engaging and impactful, believing that true organizational success springs from the pursuit of individual, team, and leadership excellence.

Teddy is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC/CTC), an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), and a Certified Scrum Alliance Trainer (CSAT). He's known for helping thousands find more agile and intentional ways of working through improved communication, collaboration, and creativity. When he's not busy transforming organizations, you might find Teddy telling stories through his art, writing, photography, or drumming. He's a firm believer in the transformative power of systems-inspired leadership and the magical properties of "right relationship."

Allison Cooper

Allison Cooper is a certified enterprise coach, consultant, and technical executive with over 20 years experience in IT. Introduced to Scrum in her early days as a software developer, Allison’s passion for agility and lean ideas ignited when she saw the transformative effects on people and organizations, and the powerful results that are achieved. Her expertise lies in creating spaces where people love what they do, where teams grow and flourish together, and where organizations thrive.

Outside of work, Allison plays pickleball with her husband and neighbors, cheers for her daughters at their numerous activities, and spends as much time as possible exploring the outdoors. She is honored to serve the local Denver community through her work with Agile Denver.

Robin Morrison

Robin is thrilled to serve the Agile Denver community! She works as the Head of Product Operations at Tempo Software. She is also the co-founder of the SIG “Agile & Lean Leaders” group.

She’s driven by the belief that work can—and should—be both productive and joyful. She has led transformation initiatives and business process optimizations for companies large and small. She works to create high-performing organizations by spotlighting issues to unlock value through efficiency, effectiveness, and team cohesiveness. She has a pragmatic and collaborative approach to:

--Rapidly redesign the way work is done to create the most value for the customer
--Solve big problems by looking at the way process change can be impactful to an organization and its people
--Redesign the framework companies use to revolutionize their business

She has led portfolios and programs for companies including SAAS, eCommerce, and professional services organizations.

Robin lives in Aurora with her husband Paul and Labrador Retriever Uma. She enjoys travel, skiing, jogging & kettlebells, and reading. She has also lived in Philadelphia and grew up in Minnesota. Her children are now seeking their own life purpose and adventures in college.

Nick Perry

Nick Perry is a seasoned transformation leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations work smarter, move faster, and deliver customer value with agility. As the West Region Lead for Slalom’s Modern Product Organization, he partners with executives across industries to modernize their operating models, unlock innovation, and embed product thinking at scale.

Recognized as a Team Topologies Advocate (TTA), Nick is known for his pragmatic and strategic application of modern frameworks, guiding Fortune 100 companies, aerospace pioneers, and financial institutions through meaningful change. He is passionate about fostering psychologically safe environments where individuals and teams can do their best work—no matter the context.

Based in Denver, Nick finds balance and energy by hitting the trails with his husband or leading high-intensity boxing, kettlebell, and bootcamp classes.

Brad Swanson

Brad Swanson is a Leadership and Organizational Coach who guides organizations to achieve sustainably better results using Lean & Agile principles. He has been a trusted advisor for executives and organizations across the globe. He honed his own leadership skills as a Vice President in the consulting and software industries.

Brad is a Certified Leadership Agility® 360 Coach, Certified Agile Leadership® (CAL) Educator®, Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), Certified Agile Coach (Certified Enterprise Coach® - CEC), Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), and Certified LeSS Practitioner (Large Scale Scrum). He is a member of the Agile Leadership Journey, a global federation of Leadership coaches. Brad has been an Agile practitioner since 1999, is former President of Agile Denver and co-founder of the Mile High Agile conference, and a speaker at international conferences including numerous Global Scrum Gatherings in the USA and Asia (6 times), Agile 20xx (4 times), Mile High Agile (6 times), Agile Tour Toronto, AgilePalooza, Agile Development Conference East & West, PMI Mile Hi Symposium, and many Meetups in the USA, South America and Asia.
